I teamed up with Be Your Gallery to celebrate the launch of their new gallery space. They called me up and told me the plan, they wanted to collaborate with 3 different locals Manchester artists and create a special mural on their doors that expressed each art style. I decided to do a fun and very playful design for the mural. On the 12th of April 2021, to celebrate the end of lockdown in the UK, Mattie will be releasing The Lockdown Collection: Tropical Dreams on to her website. It will not be a normal exhibition, let's just say it comes with a few little surprises. The collection ties together Mattie's experience from over the past 3/4 months, and consists of her artwork created during her art residency at Pop Up Ancoats.
